And as we pause to reflect on everything we’ve achieved, one thing stands out above all: YOU.

On June 3rd, 2024, we officially launched FluentBoards, our internal project management tool, into the world.

Since then, the Earth has made another full trip around the Sun, the “Will AI replace humans?” debate has heated up even more, and in the meantime, FluentBoards has quietly made history of its own: 

“The Fastest-growing Project Management Plugin for WordPress”!

However, none of this would’ve been possible without you

You’ve been our guiding compass, our inspiration, our cheerleaders—and yes, even our most honest critics.

We’re so grateful to have you with us on this journey, and we hope you’ll stay by our side every step of the way.

Now, let’s take a walk down memory lane and revisit the milestones we’ve achieved together.

Did We Stay True to Our Promises?

We all know how marketing works these days – big promises, flashy words, and, well, often underwhelming delivery.

But from day one, we made a conscious choice not to go down that path.

Before building FluentBoards, we were crystal clear on three things:

• Why were we building it
• What problems did we want to solve
• And what core values we’d never compromise

Now, before we take a walk down memory lane, let’s see how well we’ve lived up to our claims (in the words of our users!)

So, did we stay true to our promises?

We think we’re doing pretty well, but as the saying goes, the show must go on.

And to (lightly) borrow from Robert Frost: “We have promises to keep and miles to go before we sleep”

How it all started?

“With hundreds of project management tools already out there, why add another one to the mix?”

Yes, like you, that was the exact question on our minds when we first considered bringing FluentBoards to everyone!

But immediately, a second thought followed— “If those tools were truly solving all our problems… why did we feel the need to build our own?”

Makes sense, right?

So, we rolled up our sleeves and did what we do best!

After using FluentBoards internally for over six months, refining it through real-world challenges and feedback, we launched the beta version in March 2024. 

And their response? Well, it was beyond our imagination! 

The excitement, the feedback, and the shared frustration with existing tools showed us that this wasn’t just our problem. We realized the absence of a project management tool that’s simple yet flexible, powerful yet easy to use, built for WordPress, and affordable is real! 

So, we set out to solve the problem, hand in hand with our beta testers!

They explored, they broke things (thanks!), they shared honest feedback. 

We listened. We refined. We improved. 

And finally, on June 3rd, 2024, we went live for the world.
