And just like every other update, we’ve listened to your requests this time, too!

You’ve been asking for features like REST API Documentation and advanced integration options with outgoing webhooks for quite a while. 

The wait is finally over!

After working tirelessly, our team is thrilled to deliver them at last. On top of that, we’ve also introduced a brand-new project view: Table View. Besides, as always, this release is packed with impactful features, smart improvements, and essential bug fixes too.

In short, this update is all about more flexibility, more customization, and more control.

Table View in Task

FluentBoards is all about flexibility, and we’re taking that flexibility a step further!

Until now, you had three project view options to choose from—Kanban, Calendar, and List.

Today, we’re super excited to introduce yet another view option: Table View.

With Table View, you can see your tasks in a clean, spreadsheet-like format. This helps you plan and manage projects more effectively, making it easier to sort, scan, and organize information at a glance.

In short, Table View brings more clarity, speed, and flexibility to the way you organize projects.

Outgoing Webhook

With this update, FluentBoards enters the world of endless possibilities!

Yes, say hello to seamless automation!

FluentBoards now supports Outgoing Webhooks.

This will allow FluentBoards to automatically send data to a specified URL whenever certain events occur—such as when a task is created, updated, or completed. 

This means you can seamlessly push updates from FluentBoards without manual effort and connect your boards and tasks with any or all of your favorite apps (Slack, Discord, Zapier, etc.) instantly.

So, from now on, integrations are easier, and the door to limitless possibilities is wide open!

REST API Documentation

For developers and advanced users, we’ve got great news! 

FluentBoards REST API documentation is now available!

This documentation provides everything you need to interact programmatically with boards, tasks, users, and more. 

So, from now on, you can easily connect FluentBoards with your own apps, build custom workflows, and extend functionality exactly the way your team needs. 

Task and Subtask Reminder

Here comes yet another killer feature! 

FluentBoards email notifications are now smarter and more powerful with Task and Subtask Reminders.

From now on, whenever you set a due date for a task or subtask, you’ll have the option to add a reminder.

This means you can choose to receive notifications exactly when you need them—30 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day, or even 1 week before the due date.

So, simply set reminders for any task, choose when you want to be notified, and never miss a beat again! 

Bug fixes and improvements

The journey of fine-tuning continues! While this update puts the spotlight on your most-awaited features, we haven’t ignored routine bug fixes and have also introduced impactful improvements to make your workflow smoother.
