FluentBoards 1.48: Customizable ‘My Tasks’ Tabs, Multi-Select Custom Fields, Task Status Filter & More!
Hello, good people! Shahjahan Jewel here, back with another exciting update from FluentBoards!
We’ve been listening closely to your feedback, and today, we’re thrilled to roll out FluentBoards version 1.48, a release packed with small but impactful enhancements.
From giving you more control over your My Tasks dashboard to introducing highly requested features like multi-select custom fields and task status filters, this update is all about making project management more personal, flexible, and efficient.
We’ve also fixed several bugs and polished the interface to bring you a smoother and more stable experience.
So, let’s dive right into the details!
Customizable Tabs in ‘My Tasks’ of Dashboard
This one’s a game-changer! You can now customize your My Tasks Dashboard.

Want to prioritize tasks in a specific order? Or hide the ones that don’t need your attention?
From now on, you’ll see a new option called ‘Configure Tabs’ on your My Tasks dashboard. Just click and select which task types (Upcoming, Completed, Overdue, etc.) you want to display and in what order.

Hurrah! You now have full control over how your tasks are organized.

Time Logs Now Offer Date Selection Options
Logging time just got more precise!
You can now select a specific date when logging time for any task.

This makes tracking your project’s timeline even more accurate and organized, giving you better insights into how and when time is being spent across your projects.
Multi-Select Added in Custom Fields
A highly requested feature—now live!
Introducing multi-select custom fields.

Add multiple options to a single field and capture more context with ease. Whether it’s tags, priorities, or categories, you can now choose as many values as needed to better categorize and manage your tasks.
Filter by Task Status
Finding tasks just got easier!
Previously, you could filter tasks based on assignees, stages, due dates, priorities, labels, and custom fields. Now, we’ve taken it a step further by adding task status to the filtering options.

You can now filter tasks by whether they’re Completed or Closed, helping you focus on what matters most.
Task Descriptions Now Support “Large Mode” View
Reading long task descriptions shouldn’t be a struggle. And with this update, you can now expand task descriptions into large mode.

This helps when reading lengthy descriptions or adding more detailed information without squinting at the screen.

We’re continuously working to improve FluentBoards, and this update comes with various other minor improvements and bug fixes aimed at enhancing your user experience.
